“We have no idea of what standards mean. We are addicted to break through with new beats. Pushing the limits is our oxygen”
NERVO twins, best female DJs in a man world, because standards don't belong to their mindset. Like TAG Heuer they are addicted to pushing their limits, they don't crack under pressure
Mim & Liv, the NERVO Sisters, are the hottest duo in EDM. Born two beats apart in 1987 and raised on raves and a steady diet of club music, they signed their first publishing deal at 18.
Soon they were working with popstars around the planet, including David Guetta & Kelly Rowland, for whom they co-penned the "When Love Takes Over”— the number one dance-pop collaboration of all time. David persuaded them to try their hand at DJing, and their younger brother, also a turntablist, helped teach them to turn out ones-and-twos like pros. They quickly graduated from backyard barbecues in their hometown of Melbourne to stadium gigs around the world. Postergirls for infectious, pop-flavoured dance music from Ibiza to Las Vegas—and covergirls for high fashion—NERVO play more than 200 shows a year and pen tracks for the biggest names in the industry. They move more gracefully through the world of music and fashion than anyone else in the business. Always in total control, working in tandem to their own unique rhythm, they are, like TAG Heuer, pathbreakers and time changers who refuse limits, push themselves to the extreme, and, no matter what, never crack under pressure.
For more than 150 years, TAG Heuer has faced down every challenge, and then pushed past it. By defying the time-honored conventions of Swiss watchmaking, it has led it to ever higher levels of precision and performance. It makes its own rules, chooses its own path, never quits moving forward, never compromises, never cracks under pressure, just like its ambassadors.
